Our ISLAND PACKAGE is equipped to accommodate large families between 15 and 20 people. 

Island Package Amenities:

Private area equipped with an outdoor kitchen and covered dining area.

Kitchen sink.

Propane grill (Guests must provide their own propane, charcoal etc.)

Propane Griddle (Guests must provide their own propane, charcoal etc.)

120 volt power outlets.

Large grass area to accommodate camping tents. 

Fire pit, those interested will need to bring their own wood. 

Guests are welcome to bring your own cooking grill.

Fee is $ 200.00 Per Night with a $100 cleaning / security deposit; which will be returned upon satisfactory cleaning of the Island and kitchen facility and if the island facility/equipment are free of damage and in working order as it was prior to use by the renter and or its guests. 

Max People per Site 20. Max Stay Per Visit 5 Days.   Security deposit  for the Island Package is required 36 hours prior to your check in date (no exceptions.) 

Check In 12:00 P.M. Check out 11:00 A.M. Late Departure is $50.00 Per Hour. Notice and payment due prior to use.

For reservations: Once you select the type of site you would like and check out, you will receive a text message on the phone number you provided and you will recieve a confermation after payment of deposit is accepted via Cash App. The remainder is to be paid at check in.

The $100.00 reservation fee is non refundable if cancellation  request is not within 24 hours of check in.
